At Busy Bee Bartending, we know planning a party is a lot of work—so why not let us take some of the load off? Whether it’s a wedding, corporate event, or private party, we’ll handle everything to ensure your guests have a fantastic time. Here’s how it works:

Consultation
We start with a personalized consultation to discuss your vision, event style, and beverage preferences. This allows us to create a custom cocktail menu and tailor our services to fit your needs.

What We Provide
We take care of everything except the alcohol! As per Ontario regulations, we’re not allowed to supply alcohol—but don’t worry, we’ve got the rest covered:

Cocktail Recommendations

Professional bartenders with up to 60 guests (60+  additional bartenders required)

A stylish mobile bar setup

Recyclable cups, mixers, simple garnishes, and all the necessary bar tools

Ice, coolers, and drink presentation essentials & More

Bonus: For the first 60 guests, all mixers and garnishes are included in the price. If you’re expecting more guests, no problem! We offer add-ons to cover larger crowds.

Alcohol Made Simple
The only thing you need to handle is buying the alcohol, and we’ll make that easy for you too. Based on your guest count and menu, we’ll provide a detailed shopping list so you know exactly what to purchase. You bring the alcohol, and we take care of everything else!

Stress-Free Service
On the day of your event, we’ll arrive on time, set up the bar, and handle all drink service, ensuring your guests are well taken care of. From start to finish, we manage every detail, including clean-up, so you can relax and enjoy the party.
